Xin is a Senior Associate with CohnReznick Capital and is based in the San Francisco office. She focuses on financial modeling, due diligence and transaction management for solar and wind project finance and M&A transactions.

Before joining CohnReznick Capital, Xin worked at Pegasus Tech Ventures as a Venture Capital Analyst, conducting company due diligence and financial analysis. Previously, she was an Analyst with Ouroboros Group, a Boston-based Private Equity shop.

Xin earned an M.A. in Economics and Finance from Brandeis University. She received her Bachelor of Management and Economics from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law.

Xin is fluent in English and Chinese.
