Sean is a Senior Associate with CohnReznick Capital and is based in the New York office. He focuses on financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction management for renewable energy tax equity, project finance, and asset/platform M&A transactions, notably involving large-scale distributed generation solar asset portfolios.

Before joining CohnReznick Capital, Sean was a Finance Associate with EnterSolar, a commercial solar developer, where he provided broad corporate finance, strategy, and modeling expertise to help scale the firm pre-acquisition. Prior to EnterSolar, Sean worked as a Senior Financial Analyst with Tendril Networks, an energy software startup, where he led strategic finance, corporate development, and equity restructuring initiatives. Prior to Tendril, Sean worked as a Financial Analyst with Kilowatt Financial, where he constructed debt and tax equity models for residential rooftop solar asset portfolios. Sean has also worked as an Investment Banking Analyst with Citigroup Global Markets, providing corporate and M&A advisory services to financial institutions.

Sean received a B.S. in Business Economics and Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
