Patrick is an Associate with CohnReznick Capital based in the San Francisco office. He focuses on financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction management for renewable energy project finance and M&A transactions.

Before joining CohnReznick Capital, Patrick worked with Fidelity Bank’s Oil & Gas team as a Business Analyst, building financial models for green and brownfield development and structuring debt. Previously, Patrick was a Client Relationship Manager at Diamond Bank.

Patrick earned an M.S. in Finance from Hult International Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Benin. He is a GARP certified Energy Risk Professional.
