Neha is a Vice President in CohnReznick Capital’s San Francisco office. She provides financial structuring and modeling, transaction management, and advisory services for renewable energy tax equity, project finance, and M&A transactions.

Since joining CohnReznick Capital in 2017, Neha’s transaction experience includes utility-scale and distributed solar, community solar, and wind.

Before joining CohnReznick Capital, Neha worked with EY’s Transaction Advisory practice.

Neha received an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Raymond A. Mason School of Business, College of William and Mary, and a B.A. in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.
