Michael is an Associate with CohnReznick Capital based in the New York office. He focuses on financial structuring and modeling, due diligence, and transaction management for renewable energy tax-equity, project finance, and M&A transactions.

Before joining CohnReznick Capital, Michael worked as an Analyst with Brookfield Renewable, one of the world’s largest publicly traded renewable power platforms, where he provided broad support on tax equity and debt structuring and financial modeling. Before Brookfield Renewable, Michael worked as an Analyst for Clearway Energy Group, one of the largest developers and operators of clean energy in the United States.

Michael received a Master’s in Public Administration from Columbia University in New York and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Maine.
