Ethan is an Associate with CohnReznick Capital based in the New York office. He focuses on financial structuring and modeling, due diligence, and transaction management for solar and wind project finance and M&A transactions.

Before joining CohnReznick Capital, Ethan worked as a Senior Analyst with Advantage Capital, a private equity and venture capital firm where he provided tax equity structuring, financial modeling, and development services. Before Advantage Capital, Ethan worked as a Project Finance Analyst for Safari Energy, a developer and long-term owner of solar assets.

Ethan received a B.S. in Business Analytics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
