Dev is an Analyst with CohnReznick Capital based in the New York office. He focuses on financial structuring and modeling, project due diligence, and transaction management for renewable energy M&A and project finance transactions.

Dev completed a dual degree program at the University of Pennsylvania. He received a B.S. in Engineering with a Mechanical Engineering major and a Mathematics minor from the School of Engineering and Applied Science, and a B.S. in Economics with a Finance concentration from the Wharton Business School.
